Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Industrial Devices NH152B-18-MS1-MT1-E1M-Q parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Isel-automation products, including obsoleted and phased-out Itt parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Isel product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Isel-automation such as the 2300010850 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2130T0000000TCMGG manufactured by Itt and we are pleased to be able to service most Itt systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ME85110 by Manufacturer Isel as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Jdsu-1103p-3325, Brand JDSU in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ishida such as P5435A1 equipment made by Ishida have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ishida products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ishida" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available RT8A4102C24F10 made by Jennings as well as the popular 2420BLX100T original spares produced by Interface

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 113i by Interroll and P5435A1 spares by Ishida are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EL267N Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ingersoll-Rand.
